No. 1By Canada Line
The simplest way to reach the resort from Vancouver is the Canada Line. You may wish to ride to Bridgeport Station in Richmond, which is next to the resort. A covered walkway links the station with the resort, so the final stretch is short and sheltered from the rain.
Recent visitors describe stairs, escalators and an elevator along the route. TransLink has not published a specific walking route between the station and the resort, so the signs at the station are the best guide on the day.
The resort's venue information gives about 18 minutes by Canada Line from the downtown waterfront. If you are coming from the airport, the separate page From YVR airport sets out that journey.
No. 2By car
The resort's address is 8811 River Road, Richmond, B.C. V6X 3P8, as listed by Casinos BC. The resort's venue information gives about 20 minutes by car from downtown Vancouver. Actual times will depend on traffic and the time of day.
If you have questions before setting out, the Casinos BC listing gives the resort's telephone number as 604-273-1895.
No. 3Parking at the resort
The hotel publishes its parking arrangements on its stay page. In summary:
- Free self-parking is in the West lot. The entrance is off River Road, on the west side, and the hotel entrance is about a five-minute walk away.
- Overnight valet is $33.00 per night.
- Over-height vehicles may self-park in the East Parkade for $25.00 per night. The hotel asks drivers to see the door person first.
- Electric vehicles have dedicated parking through the valet. The hotel notes that a surcharge may apply.
These rates come from the hotel's policy page and relate to overnight stays. The desk has not found a published daytime valet rate for casino visitors, and the resort does not publish a vehicle height limit on its site. You may wish to ask the resort directly if either matters to your plans. Guests staying the night will find more on Staying at River Rock.

No. 5Accessibility
The resort has been described as the first casino in Canada to receive Rick Hansen Foundation Accessibility Certification. That description notes accessible spaces in the self-parking lot, access to valet, and entrance ramps. Because the certification was reported some years ago, you may wish to confirm current arrangements with the resort before your visit.
No. 6Before you go in
Gaming areas in British Columbia are for adults aged 19 and over. Since June 26, 2023, every visitor to a B.C. casino has been asked to show original, physical government-issued photo ID at the entrance. Photos or copies are not accepted. The Casinos BC ID page lists the accepted documents.
